I’m Lucia, a detail‑driven Virtual Assistant based in the UK. With over 26 years of experience across hospitality, administration, property, and the charity sector, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how businesses operate and what they need to thrive.

I hold a BSc in Applied Accounting and am ACCA‑trained, giving me a strong foundation in numeracy, financial accuracy, and clear operational thinking. Numbers come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy bringing structure and clarity to the areas many business owners find overwhelming.

For over 16 years, I worked in a high‑pressure property auction environment, supporting directors and senior teams through fast‑moving cycles, tight deadlines, and complex operational demands. That experience shaped the way I work today — calm under pressure, ten steps ahead, and always focused on keeping operations running smoothly.

Admin, organisation, and finance are second nature to me, and I care deeply about the people I support. After years of working closely with directors, I launched my VA business to offer flexible, proactive support that aligns with my values.
